Designed by Alex Cannon. "I wanted to make a new and simple flag. A good representation and symbol of Utah is the beehive, so I made a simple beehive to put on the flag."
Designed by MEnsign. "This redesign of the Utah State flag utilizes the red and yellow colors representing the desert that makes up most of the Utah landscape. The unique and easily identifiable outline of the state is centered, with a 5-pointed star. The star, connecting the state flag to the US flag, has five points representing the five major Native American peoples who call Utah home."
